I am reviewing Teleperformance Jaipur here . First of all , no job security you can expect here. I joined and just worked there for one month and suddenly one day during shift, our manager called all of us in Zoom and told that there is a sudden ramp-down in the process and we need to logout as of now and can't work until further notice. Then there was no update for a month and despite all of us continued calling and whatsapp to that manager he never thought its important to answer to people's call/texts. Then all of a sudden , each of us got am email (in same format and reason) that we were unable to reach by call and thus they fired all of us. Although they told us earlier that we could be absorbed to some other process in the company but it looks like their intention was something different. Then also our salaried got delayed due to some unknown reason. Teleperformance Jaipur is full of pathetic management and please never join that company and keep for your extreme choice if you are not finding out anything then only think of it. If I could give them a 0 instead of 1. Not only me but all of my team members (38 people) will say you the same thing. A big dislike for you teleperformance Jaipur location.

The company has lot of policies for it's client but when it comes to their employees they bare care about them, everytime we hear this candidate got ZTP this candidate got terminated. Clients and the organization itself do not care as they know very well if one employee leaves automatically someone else will automatically com in his/her place as there are thousands of employees working for this company. There is pressure regarding the performance as well.

There is nothing good to say about this company. Bad managers, bad team leaders, stupid rules. No matter what problem you have, any urgency, any trouble you face, these people will not let you take leave. If your house catches fire and you have to go home then the team leaders and managers of the company will ask you to go after a half day. Because whatever was supposed to happen has already happened, what is the point of going on now? So these types of team leaders and managers you will get there. You will have to take permission before going to the washroom, before going for the lunch break just like a school. You will feel that your school days are back. At the end of the day they scold you for not completing your targets and there is no etiquettes, manners nothing. Team leaders will talk to you as if you have asked for a share in their property. The managers will treat you like a servant. Everything depends on the politics of the company. You have to be involved in each and every gossip that is going on in the office (wheather it is good or bad); only then you will get promoted; otherwise, you are just a servant for them and nothing else.

... every day in office lifts. I am not afraid if my name appears in these reviews. Because where I am working now, this job location, this salary, this working environment is beyond the scope of teleperformance.

Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

...ey don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.
