No job security, no nothing TP is a great company only HR says that. Well i have worked here and I had 11 leaves I asked for 5 due to some reasons I neave took leave or got absent. I never got late, my performance was good, even in feaver, I was in office, even after accident I was in office. But They told me sign a resignation if you need leave. That what you can expect from TP

I have worked 7 years in this organisation but the employee satisfaction is poor and there is no proper employee support, so much of politics and favouritism.

Apart from giving Salary on the time, there's hardly anything to love about this company.

Dislikes

...s about how you get the targets meet. Ethics is nowhere embedded in the culture. If you want to just withdraw salary on time and keep doing average and substandard service roles without starving for really career shaping opportunities then you may stay here for life.

Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

...ey don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.
