I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.

No Job Security, Worst Company, Organization don't care about employees, only if you compromise the monthly salary means okay, but dont expect anything from this company, they need only work, worst clients are tie uped, don't understand your situations, family, personal life, you need to scarify the personal emotions to work this company. One of the worst MNC company, Branded only MNC, but management like act as local shops. Very worst management. Don't waste your time to join, try some other good MNC companies.

...a is worst in Tele performance. After you resign she will ask for money Rs 3000. Salary in TP is Rs 12888 only, no transport allowance and wfh benefits. No internet allowance also. To do their work you have to use your income.

It was good to work as Analyst in TP, good attire of company , culture and security

Dislikes

There is less package for old workers, there is no equality in package between old raters and new joining people, atleast there is no average balance between us, how to survive with that less package,how those people are offering more package for new joiners and not thinking about old working people. Other than package it was very good experience in the company.

Teleperformance has in several process work from home

Dislikes

...hey will give 1 month notice and person can b back to 0 searching for a new job. Team leads have no answer for any question asked and they even deduct medical insurance n Professional tax from inhand salary instead of deducting it from gross their policy is to deduct from inhand.. pathetic experience
