Hybrid model. Timely fixed salary but not variable one.
Dislikes
Worthless manager/ Director like Pranav Arneja.
Director's own concept was not cleared about subject. No help from Manager, toxic work culture. Favourism clearly shown to Nitish Verma, Gaurav Sharma.
Below work life balance.
Variable amount not credited as committed.
No job security at all.
Hire & Fire Process is very common.
Minimum Skill development opportunity.

... between 9:30-PM to 6 AM even if they want to leave on their own responsibility. Deduction amount from salary is too much. Like my monthly CTC is 54k and I receive 46.5k in hand that means almost 8k of deductions. Ha his deduction also include gratuity which can be refunded to employee if they stay in company for 5 years else you will lose the amount. Cab facility sucks because you they will pick you almost 1.5 hours earlier than your shift and will drop you after one hour of your shift. That means the buffer time is a lot. There are many more things that if TP changes, then it can become a good company.
Like if it becomes an employee centric company, instead of client centric, people will love to work there
Salary and Promotions are not good in this company. Though Teleperformance is an MNC company, They offer very less package and career growth then small startups.
...of extra initiative, during covid time, I was doing more than 15reports per day. i was supporting from past 3years to our business without any (salary or position) expectation. due to small error i lost my carrier, our teleperformance management fail to save me. now am unemployed and no where job vacancy available due to covid. they ended my carrier in corporate world. this is very sad to say, bye bye corporate world.......☻☻☻
I feel lack of knowledge on handling international outsourcing, resource hiring is poor, interference in others role by management, lack of direction, guidelines are not followed. Transport is flawed
