Rotational shift, terrible call flow, very irrational performance parameters, poor work culture, discretionary job exit at company's end . No care about the employee's

good place to learn lots of things... You get a lot of exposure professionally.... The major drawback is salary. It is extremely low as compared to the market. The increment won't even get you peanuts.

No security in job, work culture is good and friendly relationship with team members.Management response was very poor.Time wasting process. Etc

Hr management is not good and salary offered to employee is very less company to daily labour earnings.

Overall the company is great work culture is good but the job security is not so good Company culture is really good

The BGV system is really bad and poor work-life balance, inadequate salary compared to other MNCs, excessive pressure from management, lack of career growth opportunities, limited recognition for hard work, internal politics, and inconsistent support from managers

Only some supportive colleagues & seniors, Salary is very less but given on time that's it.

Dislikes

This exp. is as a CSA don't know about other departments. Mismanagement, no extra leaves whether sick or anything else otherwise salary cut even after informing beforehand, no properly working systems, no appraisals & obviously office politics. Very less chance & opportunities of promotion amid lot of t/c. HR & Managers not very supportive only buttering to keep u working & pressuring for targets with such low salary, almost no work life balance.
