The BGV system is really bad and poor work-life balance, inadequate salary compared to other MNCs, excessive pressure from management, lack of career growth opportunities, limited recognition for hard work, internal politics, and inconsistent support from managers

I like my profile and project. I have always given my best which also gave the opportunity to learn more things. My management always expand my horizon of work by giving opportunity to learn new and controlling existing through direct reportees

Dislikes

No work motivations 1) Company provide salary hikes once in two years and that too between 2 - 4 percent 2) It gives dry promotion ( no compensation benefits) 3) No team lunch, corporate parties and team outings 4) No bonus included in salary 5) HR policies are not applicable to all ( Senior manager has huge control like some will be given permanent WFH and others will forcefully asked to come to office ) If you just want to work than it is a good company but gradually they will not meet your salary with inflation

When I join Tech Mahindra I think I will work harder and amateur but in bhubaneswar tech Mahindra all thing are very terrible. The team leader is asking for people Drinking alcohol and we*d My team leader is never asked because he know how I am. As I am not sitting with him for drinks and smoking he doesn't like me every time torture shouting.

...rs and the team leaders doing inside the office for that reason.i left that job. And the salary is so less did you people paying 12k a associate. My last withdraw salary is Rs.14288 of 1.8years experience. 1.8 years experience no promotion and increment is 2k only. For this thing I am not getting better hike in any company. Where the freshers are getting 17k take-home salary I am also getting the same in present job and upcomming offer of jobs. Literally every company HR shocked when I said my last take is 14k and my experience is 1.8Yrs they just shocked. Tech Mahindra Bhubaneswar site all from.top to button all are corrupt. Tech bhubaneswar site is Full of politics. Full of irrespective things happens here

...m are very good but they don't have proper management to manage those nicely 5) They don't have appraisal process as the salary remains same until you have are selected in IJP and moved to other process or position

Joined 13 years before with 12 lakhs and current sal is 18 25 percent variable pay which is not guaranteed Not many options for sr profiles from manager/architect onwards Project allocation is there but you will not get any support. Highly paid people will be at high risk as project team ask your salary before they conder you. Major client is at&t No long term projects. Getting new project is always difficult
