Not sure about IT , however BPS doesn't provide what employee wants such a poor management.

Thing starts in recruitment they need a people from village without experience who is okay with basic package they could not recognise what is exactly happening on floor because training phase they won't be able to learn much.then once they are in floor they could perform.Folks will be given warning after they will be out.Again new folks comes in.People who are tenured should always need to praise or hangout with reporting person to get position. From the yearly package they will more than 10%.From that 10%, 6% is for PLI which is incentive need to meet all merits to get our packages like this we have so much discrepancies are there in Techm. I strongly recommend not to join here.(BPS). Blood Suckers.

Worked for Non-IT BPM domestic voice process of Narayana Health, due to worst management and horrible people taken exit from the company. People harrassing like anything, no one following POSH Only For IT folks company is very good

Dislikes

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.

...ork pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help

Only some supportive colleagues & seniors, Salary is very less but given on time that's it.

Dislikes

This exp. is as a CSA don't know about other departments. Mismanagement, no extra leaves whether sick or anything else otherwise salary cut even after informing beforehand, no properly working systems, no appraisals & obviously office politics. Very less chance & opportunities of promotion amid lot of t/c. HR & Managers not very supportive only buttering to keep u working & pressuring for targets with such low salary, almost no work life balance.
