...ork pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help

...r supports very well transparent huge cafeteria and camping arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary Hike and bonus every year.

Just a so called top MNC. Salary will be paid on time.

Company's culture is worst! Management is terrible. No chance will be given to question the management. Politics! No allowances. Oops, you can't expect anything from the company. A big NO to Tech Mahindra.

...be sincere for their duty. It is only possible by a company with standard rules. The compensation are not up to mark as of our process concerned. Work-lifebalance is satisfactory

You will only like the friends you make here. The memories you have with them. Else there is nothing to like.

Working here will teach you how can people professionaly rob you your own money. You work really hard and the client pays really well but they take all your money and pay you less than 50% of that money, rest goes to there pocket, they will provide you as much comfort as it sufficient to make you work like a slave. You will only work and work here and will get nowhere. Just like i mentioned, as a slave.
