It is an average place to work. There are few learning programs. Not much stressed work.

Dislikes

Compensation benifits are not great. Appraisal is not having at the right time. Hardly any engagement activities. Poor team building activities. No reimbursement for team lunches. Bad insurance policy.

Likes

1. Learning will be good. 2. You can explore a lot to find which career path you to choose further in life if you jump for next role (For Freshers). 3. Infrastructure (Building).

Dislikes

...ll not be solved. 3. You will be asked to work like a goat on the role assigned. So no proper pay and no work-life balance. 4. Managers will ask you to work like hell even though there is no requirement of the particular task to be completed on time and they credit of most of your work. 5. HR Support is pathetic. HR's will work with these managers and never value your feedback even if you have issues with managers. They both will create pressure to an employee by working together. It's a pity state. 6. As per company policy working hours is 9 hours/day and sometimes as per work requirement one can able to extend the day. But manager's after extending most of the days to 12 hours, they still want you to work like a goat. Sometimes you will be asked to work over weekends after extending 12 hours a day in week. This shows how work life balance is. 7. Other support teams on this role will not even support. 8. You will not get time for other skill development as most of your day is occupied in work. Overall review - No employee satisfaction, job satisfaction, no work-life balance, no proper pay of incentives. TechM internal system (Mid senior level) is pathetic and never interferes in emploiyee engagement to understand the challenges faced by the employees. They use outdated system for many process which is not upto industry standards. Many process are not systematic and no guidelines are followed by internal systems to meet deadlines. To be honest - only the escalation matrix will work in Tech Mahindra.

Likes

The Policies are backdated. Even the handbooks are years old. Work and balance depends more on the manager that one gets here. Most manager level positions are occupied by 15-20 year veterans and the only thing they know is Politics. Once a person joins they would likely realise that they made a mistake. Work is slow and more emphasis on the show off rather than the actual work done.

On time salary, WFH allowance and the WFH support since the pandemic

It's a good place to work for women . Company has policy of taking back women associates who come after long leaves.

Dislikes

It's not a proactive organisation. Culture is a bit layed back . Compensation and benifits are not that great . Work life balance is not there.

Likes

Good work culture even good for freshers only paying very less salary as comparison to the market. Overall experience in the tech Mahindra are just average
