Good and safe place to work. You can self lean many things and work environment is friendly

Dislikes

Work and work pressure will be high but the compensation is too low... No insentives or appraisal. No career development, you will be in same position for years. No increment. More politics between associates and TL manager. No team outings or annual celebrations.. team outings will be arranged only for TL quality and managers, associates will be working in office on that day. You should work beyond 9hours but you will not be paid or even appreciated for it. Overall the organisation sucks the hard work and energy of employees.

The company consistently made timely salary payments, showing reliability and professionalism. Throughout the training period, the trainers were extremely supportive, and during the production phase, subject matter experts offered invaluable guidance. Furthermore, the provision of a fixed rotational week off helped create a well-balanced work environment.

Dislikes

The company enforces strict working hours of eight hours per day, along with a one-hour break. While the company culture is generally positive and encourages employees to work hard, the level of pressure is significant and can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I did not receive any promotion during my time in this role, nor did any of my colleagues. This job demands a lot from its employees while offering little in return, resulting in a lack of job satisfaction.

This exp. is as a CSA don't know about other departments. Mismanagement, no extra leaves whether sick or anything else otherwise salary cut even after informing beforehand, no properly working systems, no appraisals & obviously office politics. Very less chance & opportunities of promotion amid lot of t/c. HR & Managers not very supportive only buttering to keep u working & pressuring for targets with such low salary, almost no work life balance.

Dislikes

Lack of Equality - Not in between genders but in between employee. Some are working hard and some are getting extra privilege without any hard work. Taking salary equally but not working equally. Supervisor are also not taking any action against those people even they are not looking into it. They are just sitting and chatting. Lack of Professionalism- Person who is genuinely working, they are facing arrogant and rude behavior. Some people are getting special treatments. For eg. Employee who has not taken long leave like 7-8 days from the day they joined, in case of emergency like sever health issue such employees are getting any leave but supervisor's favorite employees are getting leave more than 10-14 days reason behind taking leave it just to visit basically holiday. I Understood taking holidays is not a crime but what about those who are not in good condition and they are asked to join in any condition. Middle class people never visit all the time hospitals, they cannot pay such expensive bill of MBBS doctors. There are many thing but I don't think tech Mahindra can bring improvement in this kind of situation. Even HR is also not looking into it even after complaining about the same issue again and again. I'm working with tech Mahindra for past 1 year and 7 months but from few months I'm feeling frustrated due to all those reason.

I was working at noida location. there was very bad condidition of employee TL or AM behaviour like uneducated. there was many employee quit job due that 2 guy. i request to TECH mahindra team please take action for this kind of activity. speciallly noida nsez for bpu process.

they force to over time and not given any extra salary for that time. i m had been very frustated after joining there thats why i quit my job in just 6 months. 1 more thiung there senior employee full of politics mind so please dont trust any one .keep your work only dont share you future goal and you next steps.
