Apart from job security , there is nothing. Also if you are fresher you can start your carrier since it is so called big MNC, but don't stay here more than 2 years if you are fresher.

Nothing good here, everything is bad apart from job security. No growth No hike , No work balance No support from senior's

Work life balance is great but depends on project and the management. Great choice to Kickstart career for the recent graduate.

Dislikes

No relevance for the LPA mentioned and take-home salary. Too many cuttings and dispersion. Don't expect hike and appraisals every year. Just for name sale they release and provide perks.

You become comfortable by seeing everyone is going through the same level

Very toxic policy , appraisals are delayed , the salary is not salary its pocket money, the over work culture and less people in work and more people on bench and silent layoffs

It’s main headquarters is pretty good, if your first company is HCL then you need to switch in 1-2years for salary growth because appraisal is monthly performance based which means you would be getting appraisal marks on every 3 months like JFM, AMJ, JAS, OND so if your marks will always 8 or 9 out of 10 then you would be getting 10-15% hike max.

When anyone came with experience then they would provide good salary but same experienced employee who working with HCL would get 10%appraisal which is wrong

Work life balence is good. Work culture is quite good. Helpful team members, mentors, HRs Hybrid work policy. Flexible timings

Dislikes

Salary compensation is worst. Yearly increment is too much less, not even 10% of your previous annual CTC. Company management is not good. Growth opportunities are very limited.
