Work life balance is good and you get leave very easily.

If you join as a fresher in Techm , I suggest you don't join as a fresher because salary is very low compare to other companies and salary hike is very bad and Techm hire freshers for support work so you can't get much knowledge in technical skill and last you have two year bond

average salary after 2 years your salary won't match with inflation. salary policies and benefits should be improved.

I feel as it's a good place to start as you will get to learn a lot initially and later same thing you can use if are applying for some other company. For WC I have given 4 as you will get a lot of support from your Team and Line Manager. Overall I can say it's a Good Company as interms of JS i have rates it as 4.

They pay less as per the work you handle and you don't get benefits for doing Overtime Or work on Weekends it's minimal.

It is a worst place to work.... there is no work life balance....compensation nd benefits are horrible...the management of tech Mahindra is the worst part

The management of tech Mahindra is worst.. they charge too much for transport which should be free ....nd they provide horrible nd unsafe transport facilities.

talk about salary and appraisal because is given but as an administration, we need be part of hour organization is good working culture also good excellent teammates is maintain a good relationship

company policies are not good and I cant doing life balance because as admin we hame and same maintain some teams like private and public team
