No company is good or bad. It depends on with whom you work i.e. your reporting manager / seniors. If they waste their time in playing politics by misusing their position, then in such case the environment becomes contaminated to work. People are really good here, with few exceptions.

Good salary package & Increment.... That's the only thing that lacks here. At the end of the day... Each individual works for money in order to look after his family.

Nothing .just nothing . I have an exp of 14 yrs and here the work culture is so pathetic . Dishonest people . Biased management . This organozation is like a semi govt office . Please do not join .

...ut false aliganation on you if they are questioned and move you out of process .Lowest salary bracket in market . No growth . Its one way communication . Closed door policy .

Long term engagement, long projects give job security.

Dislikes

No annual appraisal timely and even few years they do not provide salary hike but management gets promotions on time not the team, very low salary compared to other competitors... lots of other cons... .

Cab facility at minimum cost. Nothing else to be liked here

...hey do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay

Freedom to do and no as such hard and farst policy to do any task

Leadership, poor appraisal process, no standard salary offering or revision. Good employees recognition and addressing their concerns to keep them motivated
