The while experience of working with Accenture is very frustrating.

...ong working hours at the client side with zero acknowledgement and appreciation. The salary which they promise is very often not received. There has been no hikes and very less bonus since last 2 years. If a person has other offers then Accenture is not a place to join.

- Structured processes for everything from onboarding to reporting issues with payroll. finance, technical support, issues etc. -

Dislikes

...iple Women employees part of your team, you can tell your Promotion Good-bye. 5. Variable Pay for last 5yrs has been paid less than 5% (single digits) on avg. even though variable pay component is 20% or more of the total CTC for most employees (across SAP practice)

Dislikes

...is very poor since 3-4 years. Other than market correction which happens across. No comepetive pay and is generally less with extra pressure on deadline. Management can be better people. Be aware of internal project specially operation which is always below average pay with demand of increase work no work-life balance.

It gives you all the opportunity to cross skill and gain experience in new technologies and roles even if you don't have any prior experience in any field

Despite getting rated top most, no hike in the last 2 years

Hmm..work-life balance, salary, growth, over-agility, very diverse organisational structure leading in complex, sometimes rigid processes and systems.
