Nice to work here, good team, good culture, nice place for office, nice salary when you join with good experience, work life balance.

Dislikes

No projects when you are on bench, variable salary gets cut down when you are on bench, small time projects are more, bench policies are not good, release or notice period is very high due to which you can't switch so easily, nothing other then standard benefits, visa sponsorship for bench employees is not there even if there is a opportunity in another country

Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.

Only just average package of salary nothing else.

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.

...hey do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay

... to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.
