They don't pay you even if you are worthy. They are losing some of their best employees just because of the low package. They pay you the lowest and the management shows under performance to allocate proper resources in appropriate domains.

... help me to find solutions to my work problems. Easy to get leaves for holidays. If you do not have a current project then the organization will pay you full salary for 3 months, after that if you do not have a project then you will get only basic salary but your job will not go.

I have been working as a designer in a department for the last 3 years and 5 months, there is no other designer except me and my manager. Even after we worked on 5 to 6 projects and that's successfully done, still I did not get any increment. They do not pay the employees for the work they have done. There is a sluggish increment which causes the employees to be depressed and leave the company in frustration.

Job security is there. Salary on time. Learning and improvement is possible with work. Saturday Sunday is also working most of the time.

Dislikes

Employee behaviour is not good as everyone think themselves as a govt employee and not being nice with the junior colleagues. No salary hike even if you give your 100% and die. Transportation is a big problem.

Udemy & LinkedIn are free which made me learn a lot about many courses. 4. Life-time settlement company for a well-paid UX Designer. 5. Good work-life balance. 6. Government-like company

...ers are given less salary here. 2. Good salaried UX designer can enter into TCS. Because once entered into TCS the salary growth would become like a snail. #Trust this anonymous guy, only pay would be an issue. But TCS is ultimately the best company for anybody to die in. #Caution: Once you come out of TCS you cannot re-enter/re-apply into TCS.
