Growth opportunities in Vadodara is almost negligible and compensation is also very less compared to other firms with same level of work.

Only job security and rest of the things depends on management politics for future career, growth and compensation benifits, also it's depends on process and management if all good then no issue

Company have to audit each and every process through external team for employees actual feedback, internal feedback won't work, based on that feedback company can get the actual reason for leaving company, so company can work accordingly in that area.

Company doesn't fire you, but will make enough motivated to resign. Average Yearly salary increase will be not more than 3%. Once quit you will not be able to get in again. Lot of politics and worst management.

I have great privilege working good Team members and tcs management is good in terms of supporting emergency situation.

Salary structure for experience person are also very poor, I think they should think about it.

It has low work load due to enough support staff and job is secure as TCS will never ask to leave unless there is a major policy violation.

...ment is near impossible. Promotion will be heard rarely. Lots of hidden charges. And the most important, you will never get salary given in offer letter, it will be short by around atleast 2 LPA or more than that only.
