And a overall total experience of 6+ year.my Tech stack is Power BI,SQL,Power apps etc I got a call from TCS for a related position My current CTC is 13 LPA How much hike can I expect in TCS ? ...hich are totally feels like people's are fill with cruel mindset and disgusting. So much work pressure + Politics + cruel and disrespectful behavior towards associates + no any extra pay or benefit even you works on Saturday, sunday and Even Holiday's also. Totally disappointed and due to this reasons I am leaving TCS company. TCS company is really good but this some project are totally worst. From my project till now 20 people have put resign due to this reason but Still TCS HR are not taking any actions against this people's.

Very low salary increment yearly, Fresher must not work for a longer time here, 2-3 years of duration is enough and after look for other opportunities in the market. Salary is not upto the market standard. Promotions are not on time, usually delayed by 2 yrs

The only thing I didn't liked about TCS is their increment . But I don't know if I am correct,I would say TCS is giving opportunities for many students for starting theirs careers , whether they had done Btech ,BCA MCA BSC .
