...d to depend management decisions if they only approve if it client requirements Most salary increment is low - (3-5%) annually based on your baisc salary. 600 rupees. No one in your team of senior will tell or explain about any problem solution(RCA) mostly I highly disappointed to work on TCS if some how I able to pay my EMI & food then i will definitely leave this organization Most of your senior will only always watching & finding your fault if they found then they will tell you even show you on the time of appraisal.

.... No other Private organisation can give you the job security that TCS provides. The only issue is that the yearly hike is very low so the package you are joining with is so tough to increase.

Currently i am working in Tata Consultancy Services and in 2 years i have learnt many things i.e. my teammates are very supportive and motivate me to learn the latest technology. TCS orgainize training sessions to enhance our skills to achieve our goals, in TCS job security is excellent.

Dislikes

...Nobody cares the person skills and knowledge, most of the people involves in it. Growth and compensation is very slow. No friendly environment.

Good company to work if you do not have much high ambitions. Good work life balance and 100% job security. Digital profiles are better. Apply with experience not good for freshers.
