.... Fake promises by manager and no accountability to honour their commitments 3. Poor salary structure 4. Policies are also very bad, when you dont have project odc in india and project failed to provide seat in nearst tcs office still you need to comply with wfo policy. They wont give you exception. 5. Over mail manager gives assurance to retain person but still won’t honor.

Nothing only the timings are generally not very bad. The company gives annual appraisal less than the inflation rate so it is the worst thing as they are using their brand name to misuse the labour laws.

Dislikes

...s not at all helpful. So, it is better join a bank as a clerk than to join TCS. As the salary provided to TCS fresher is less than the MTS in government department.

Work life balance is awesome in this company. There are plenty of opportunities to grow if taken the right steps. Work culture is very professional. There is no corporate politics.

Compensation is very less. Promotions are minimal. Getting the right project for yourself can be challenging for many.

...and high package coming from outside other than one working in tcs from scratch. Taking freshers at very low salary and then hike is very less.
