Everything, salary hike are too bad. They don't even consider performance of employees just random tagging of bands. And Delivery managers doesn't even listen to associates.

Working culture is good but mostly depends on the project we are aligned to and the unit. So everything depends on how lucky you are. Learning resources are enormous like usmey for business, LinkedIn ,orielly etc. Location constraints for the project no longer exists as I was working for Mumbai's project from Indore location.

Dislikes

Pay is definitely biggest issue in the TCS they will pay you much less than market standards and also annual hike is also pretty low. Biggest drawback is you can't rejoin them back you either you stay there with lower salary or join at the end of career not at beginning.

...uring the times of this pandemic, I felt very secured and satisfied with my job. I had my salary every month on time and all other perks as well. Apart from money and work culture, TCS took care of every employee and their dependents in terms of physical or mental sickness. Our offices in different cities had turned into COVID center where any of us could go and be quarantined for 14 days. In the tough times when many companies laid off their employees, our company took very well care of us. #fortunateTCSer
