Salary learning programs and company policies are good. Company is very much flexible for employees. Excellent transport facility.

Dislikes

...ect manager or project requires 10 hours then they force you to work for 10 hrs. They even force to work on week offs without any compensation charges. And when you want to have complementary off for that they will not give as per your choice. No rewards and recognition. Partiality amongst employees.

Salary structure Required salary revision for employees those are in service more than 8 years with tcs. Appraisal procedure and promotion policies required improvements

...will give good appraisal and again offer you C band and at last you will resign. Only upper managers are happy and below works as slave else try to make habit to happy in less salary. Very Bad experience! Top management/ HR no-one's will not support you, all take favour of higher management.

Politics, Higher level managers, appraisal process, salary structure. only lower level employees work, upper all enjoy.

...ure, annual hikes are fairly well, flexibility, training programs are excellent. Very ethical, 100% variable pay up to C3A :), excellent medical facilities.. probably best in the business, lots of leaves though you’ll not be able to take them :)

Dislikes

Work life balance, if you’re good at what you do then you’ll be bombarded with work while lazies sits idle :), team outing is another problem..if you’re a lead you’ve to beg like anything to get your team an outing which usually doesn’t happen. Leads are made to spend lot of time on non productive things like internal audits, TCS internal programs, presentations.
