* Great learning opportunity for fresher if one gets to work in development project with niche technologies. * Work life balance entirely depends on the project and team, which is good generally. * Organization policies are good and are followed generally with few exceptions. * Employee friendly organization in terms of job security and well being.

* Below market standard salary and even internal programs to increase compensations are not properly structured and are conditional. * Appraisals and promotion totally depends upon immediate supervisor and is based upon dependency in project. * Very low yearly hikes.

Likes

Job Security is higher as compared to other private organizations. Work culture is nice. I have learned a lot in TCS. It is a kind of institution that added value to my life. People are very supportive. You will get other HR benefits as well.

Dislikes

Only they are very backward at providing compensation. If you will invest 5 years of your life in TCS as a general grade then also you will not reach to 50k per month salary in hand. They are very dull at this point. One more department is there which is RMG. People are very rude in that Depatment.

I really like the work culture and support from manager. And they gives us more time to enhance new technology. I have to say one word it's one of the best platform to work-life balance and job security. If they are provide me 50% hike I never ever left the TCS because as per my experience I received very low package and everytime I was felt underpaid.

Nothing to like , only one paryis decent that is salary which is decent due to my efforts that i cleared higher package interview at time of joining, after joining don't expect much salary increase

...salary in hand lots of deduction Do not join this company..no salary no hike ..very high variable pay and payout 20 percent max for seniors ..no onsite in aem now in tcs 20 percent lucky people get that with buttering....you can not choose project on bench they will decide
