Work life balance, job security.

Dislikes

Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.

Likes

It really gives a best platform for learning and exploring in vivid sectors. With various learning opportunities with incentives so that it could be professionally uplift.

Dislikes

Only salary structure is not that good for freshers as increments are extremely low.

...ich can extend to 12-13 hours. No Indian holiday if working in foreign projects. No salary hike.

Some policies killling employees. Comnapny is in profit but when come to promotion and appraisal we get hike of 300 or 500. Its difficult to survive for middle class employee.

Dislikes

Salary growth and 3 months notice period is too difficult because no one compnay waits for such long time.
