Increment for fresher is very low, Company needs to give the sufficient pay scale to freshers after they having a experience . Any company will hire other associate with good package but the associate which was work for them since starting their are huge difference in package.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work. What a joke but it's true

Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.
