Compensation is not as much as its competitors. Its better to provide monetary growth to current employees rather than letting them go by hiring new resources.

Project Exposure is good. Responsibilities will make anyone learn as an individual. Policies make sense. Biggest advantage according to me is the health insurance support for self and family members.

Work culture is amazing. Work life balance is also great. But with someone like me who needs work and wants to constantly learn, tcs wasn’t the place to start. It’s good for mid level careers, not for freshers.
