Compensation is Decent and Salary hike is low. You will get appreciated and On-Site opportunity only if you have a good image in front of your manager and a healthy relation with him. Most senior people\Managers are working for a long time in Company and Also, sometimes I feel they have less faith in Female ability.

Salary structure, Promotion process, micro management like work from office, work 9 hours from office, low integrity inside top management including CEO, and HR head

...uriteism under the Tata code of conduct but still it is very common in projects. Experience and talented employee get 3-4 % salary hike for YOY but favourite employee gets 7% hike minimum.

Salary and benefits More deduction, Even no body knows what are those deductions in salary. People can join, who doesn't want to change the company without thinking about salary

They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work. What a joke but it's true

Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.
