They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work. What a joke but it's true

Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.

Nothing to like here Don’t join here it’s worst company. U will attend different role interview u will work in different role no Hike nothing will be thr worst canteen worst office ambiance only one way cab or payed bus

Good work life balance, not much pressure, flexibility depends on the project. Good place and opportunities to learn new technologies But No hike, no promotion, lot of politics when it comes to band , promotion etc.

The compensation part, why there's an infinite difference between the compensation that I get and the compensation that new joiners get, even though we all are contributing the same amount of effort into our work, why the salary isn't as per current market standard. And is there any possibility of changing the process as it's affecting on my health.

I have been working here since 3 years,i really like the nature and we will have a chance to upskill ourself.

I'm really very dissatisfied with salary hike.. literally from joining to till now I didn't get much hike.... TCS is not good ,if it's your first job as there is no hike at all...
