...leted 1st anniversary on 01-Jun-2023.But there is no increment for this period .I have disappointed very much because no salary growth for this period.Why we are working here?There is salary growth.Now I am looking for change the company.one more thing at that joining time also HR people not provided hike also.They told you have just completed 6 months in cognizant.So we are providing any hike.i have lost almost 2years increment.its very bad to joining in TCS.

Except Salary and other benefits rest all superb here, and please don't expect hikes in TCS. It will be very very less when compared to other companies in the Industry.

Training provided will be superb, Job Security is 100% same like a Govt Job. For a fresher in Non IT sector salary is below par. Hikes are also very very minimal. Work environment and wok life balance is TCS satisfies everyone.
