As i said low % of Yearly hikes/salary compensation offered to employees in-spite of working hard for entire year. When you contribute your blood & sweat, You will expect your hard-work to be rewarded & recognized. But, you will only have many recognitions & awards from management front. But no expected rewards(salary/compensation) from company end. Otherwise no dislikes about TCS.

Work life balance and Job Security. If you are looking for an stable working place without expecting huge annual hikes TCS is best company to work with.

... team leads will do everything to make u overwork but with zero acknowledgement. Poor appraisals, u will be stuck at the position and compensation at which u join the company!

Employee transportation and other amenities can improve. Salary can improve. Celebrations of festivals can ve done on a grander scale. Apart from these factors, TCS is a wonderful place to work.
