Very poor work culture and salary hike is like searching for peanuts you end up realising these peanuts even if you spot are part of variable pay not fixed and variable payout depends on company performance which you wouldn’t get 100% irrespective of company making profits, so every year you end up paying company more than you earn

Wfo, Working hours based on project & less Increments. Recommended to come with huge package then only you can stable here till retirement

No benefits and terrible appraisal. I have been cheated that I may retain . They ruined my offers telling that you are retaining to team back again but in the end they simply told that you have been released

...ame of cist cutting the management will not provide the right skilled resources. Salary hikes are very low and promotions not happening since last 1 years

I disappointed and dishearted every much for the salary provided for the kind of responsibility given. Salary is most disappointing factor for developers who is working so hard throught the whole day.
