1) Job security 2) lot of learning opportunities 3) less work pressure 4) Transport facility and guard facilitiy for female employees at night. 5) almost every technology related projects are available. 6) onsite opportunity are there for deserving and skilled employees.

1) very low salary hike. 2) no meal facility 3) release from one project to another is a difficult process. 4) team outting and potluck culture is dependent on project and teams only. 5) lot of compliance and security policies make small work time consuming.

No promotion HR is biased with project management. No appraisal- very less Basic salary is very less and whatever amount increase in pkg salary, all keep in qva which never come 100 percent
