Since I joined as a fresher, working with the experienced once helps us gain a lot of knowledge, TCS also focuses well on skill development and learning, the access to LinkedIn learning and udemy is very useful. Also since devices are provided by tcs itself this is very helpful as not everyone owns a laptop.

Dislikes

The pay at TCS is very low, the promotion and appraisal process is really bad, the food in the canteen is also expensive and not of good quality.

You can manage easily your work life and Personal life and it is best for the senior people and ladies Security is awesome Ethics culture and dress code

Unnecessary trainings is mandatory in between working Salary hike

The working culture of the company is really good. Earlier it was more of a employee centric company but gradually it's becoming business centric.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are horrible and they keep close the promotion cycle. So even a person is eligible for the promotion will get stuck because of no promotion cycle.

The management is really good and you get to learn a lot if you are joining as fresher. You get 11 days of training period where you learn about corporate life and their culture and also on floor trainings are really good.

The only thing is salary they give really less hike

...rking day and night also the managers are playing tricks and giving lesser band. After getting 5 consecutive 'B' bands and with completing 6 years in IT my salary is now 5.9. This is rediculos.

Apart from getting helpful colleagues I don't like anything about my company. The way you are treating your sincere colleagues and giving donation and blabbering that is not good.
