Employee transportation and other amenities can improve. Salary can improve. Celebrations of festivals can ve done on a grander scale. Apart from these factors, TCS is a wonderful place to work.

Tcs has a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment, with a focus on employee well being and work life balance. Even though lot of recessions happening in many companies, not even single employee has been pushed out of tcs. That is why clever people won't go out of this organisation. 💯% job security. Tcs never force anyone to go out. Unless you have a decision to go out. One of the best companies which I came accross.

...ws their face off to the team members. It happens. Apart from this nothing much. Stable salary hike. Not much. But up to the mark. Based on your performance. If your performance is good then you will get decent hike.
