I like noting at all!!! Worst experience, low increment ,after 2 years of working also your salary would be the same! very poor management, politics are soooo high, you get to learn more politics knowledge than working knowledge.

...ernment. 100% job security, good remuneration and can also get good position. As a fresher with the remuneration I received i struggled to manage my financial goals, the compensation wasn't satisfactory for work done thereat. Hence, I conclude that as a fresher do not take a shot here as there are plenty of opportunities in the market make use them gain minimum 7 to 10 years of industry experience and finally when you decide to settle in an organization give TCS a shot and I vouch you won't regret joining TCS at that point because you will have everything you need to lead a perfect life.

...ng hours and had only one alternative week offs, that could not able to manage. Salary is decent, no bond, growth is good.

... one. Other than location is important on working. I work with siruseri chennai. Salary hike will not be satisfied. Maximum hike will be 8% to 12% only. Think before step into TCS.

Almost everything, the corruption, the toe-licking culture, the biasness, the terrible increment in salary after appraisal, the appraisal partiality itself. The list will go on forever.
