Lots of time to binge watch youtube and netflix content as you won't have anything productive to work upon. Each year working here is a year wasted of your professional career.

...ne that they'll force you to skip your personal work and join calls on weekends. All of this and the pay you get is peanuts. There is no appreciation for the hard work you put in. The compensation is below the 25th percentile for your experience and skill sets. The managers are people managers whose skills are excel, PowerPoint and dirty politics. This company is not for aspiring software developers. Its a big NO for freshers. Its suitable for those who are reaching their retirement age and want a job where they don't do anything except following up and threatening junior support executives. The company excels in false promises, lowest compensation, senior appeasement, bad work culture, assigning irrelevant work and bad work-life balance. Please DO NOT join this company if you want a good and prosperous life else be prepared to be played upon by low skilled, uneducated managers who mostly were the failure students of their times.

Attitude of the project managers is horrible. They just exist to boss team members and not to help them. They are very biased and give preference to employees of their caste. Appraisal ratings are a big farce. They just give whatever they want to give you even when they know it's going to affect your annual compensation. Complaints against managers are not addressed.

Except Job security TCS gives nothing. If you are not ambitious and just want a monthly salary without hike year by year, TCS is for you. Politics in every department is on PEAK. HR department is worst department ever saw. They keeps hiding and will not reply to your queries even for 4-5 if you have any question to clarify (specially regarding salary). Join on you own risk. Female oriented company. (review is specifically for NON IT departments)
