No one will force you to resign directly but indirectly pressure by no motivation, ignorance, behavior will make you resign by yourself

No growth, no salary hikes, hr works on management agenda, no concession for pregnant ladies or new mom's for returning to office as hr just want to show their numbers high, no inclusion, no respect for employees treated as labours and if you happen to work from home you will end up working the whole day, no lunch breaks if there are calls

...fe time,employees here have good job security unless they willing leave the job.there is good career growth,the salary paid here is best in industry,and appraisal are worthy .even though travel opportunity are less there is no politics here.employees have good learning here the work environment is good. the company is innovative and come up with good ides for its employees.and employees can balance their work as well their work in a good manner.

working guy will be working all time but subordinates will be enjoying . this should go off .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Secure job, no need to worry about performances. You have good health insurance policy ( only paid policies are good). you have good leaves structure but clients/domain doesn't allow you to take it.

No good pay, No hike, in the name of roles they don't give you promotions... This is a role based organization which means you have to work more for the lesser salary 😀 Never fall to the trap which says they will pay extra OT (300 to 600 Max for senior and team leads ). Culture - no organisational structure, No respect from the management, dont care about your problems. Yes, they say "We pay you to work " 😀 lol These are the few instances that I have noticed. If you do what ever they ask strech for 12 to 14 hrs to complete der work they will be happy and speaks to you in good way but still don't expect promotion. All the leads and team members are dummy they act like salves they don't say anything. Totally a bad place to work 8f your looking for growth and hike. Don't ever think about company sponsored team outing, oops forget about team outing not even a tea or coffee 😀
