There is a lot of policies and the management does not address salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which your cannot resign on the job training is not given to to new joinees

Tata power is highly appreciated organization but some employees in HR, and operations department are working with her personal ego they didn't take own responsibility,

For the name of growth where i have given 3.6 years in organization is ignored, partiality looks like in pay-band which as juniors posted with me at same location,

... here and whether you are right compensation and right post. As once you accept. Later it is very difficult as per promotion policy it is difficult to get promotion and yearly pay rise is less.

...would be free of cost if we work there for 4 years. Else we need to buy back it. When it was time to buy back i had to pay about 50k for it. WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED DURING INTERVIEW. The work culture is too bad. No one cares about employees.
