...good but there is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary very pathetic growth both career and salary are is slow lot of politics.

I think TalentPro is a good place to work. People here are really nice and easy to work with.The atmosphere is so good that I feel like my colleagues are just sitting beside me so help is easy when you need it.

...ork is not a thing they ignore. Managers do not value an individuals' strengths. Less compensation and grow is too slow also no proper appraisals.

Full of politics Low salary No promotions Promotion depends on loyalty to management. after that you will be fired after some period of time. Not depends on work skill and trust Don't join in that company Then you will be treated as slave if you join No job security there

It is good company salary hike is ok but if u work for long time then also your position is same that position at the time of joining

An employer that is willing that if they work for long time then he have any benefit not these type of any benefits,there is no any criteria for position or post up or any promotion
