Dislikes

Work life and managers are heartless on floor. We do not have something which can satisfy for ourself being in this job. Earlier days, everything went well. However, Later days it been it’s a burden day by day working here

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Management is supportive. There is a huge cafeteria ,free gym , cool gaming arcade and chilling area .Good benefit like free transport.

Dislikes

No incentives, , No night shift allowance. No Bonus and Yearly increment is very poor n below average. Rotational shift , Split off Only good for freshers.

Employee satisfaction is a standard objective at Synchrony.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about but I think compared to other MNC's Synchrony has a little less pay scale. There isn't any great difference though. And this is definitely not a complete dislike.

The company policies are great but compensation are less and since covid hit it the work culture went downhill.

There is nothing specific but they did become a little not so friendly towards employees after covid hit the management went downhill and they i guess stopped caring about employees.

Leadership team shows the concern on Employess issues n problem. Business structure for customers is good but not for employees. Synchrony is a company who always support equal opportunity to PDN n women to achieve their professional goals in their life.

Dislikes

Growth structure in terms of less designation opening in IJP's . Outsiders get better salary but person who given years n years religiously to company hardly get satisfactory hike in pay.
