...ast two years in SAS process at Airoli. There's lots of fevoritism and politics. You won't get any promotion or salary hike until and unless you're in manager's a$$ licker list. Even if you get, you'll have countless responsibilities for the penny hike. They just talk sweet and give fake promises when you reach out to them with your problems. The most pathetic thing is they make rotational shifts compulsory then deduct night transport cost from the salary, and act as if they're doing a favor. There's no job security as you'll in constant pressure of getting layed off if you don't do things as per their convenience. The management does absolutely nothing even if there's a huge issue like fraud. I won't even give one star if it wasn't necessary to submit the review.

...nt situation. They never ask you to leave apart from any Zero Tolerance case. Salary and Benefits no issue. Work life balance no issue Getting promotion no issue.

No night allowance, shift timings not good, salary, growth, job security, huge politics, low insensitive, appresal, not supportive team leaders as well as manager and HR, don't get off or holiday even when u have already holidays on system, and many more

...f u want to work in a comfortable environment then yes u are at the right place. Salary not upto the mark, for fresher it's OK but not for experience guys.
