Salary hike is very poor.. u can see that new joined agent's n tenured agent's having same package.. when we check with HR about the package different... thy will reply u.,..it's a buy back... because they have to give min 30-40% hike or more than that to get the agents... if u stay there in same company every year u will get Max 3-7% hike not more than that...... so do not stay back in same company....

Since my manager told me not to reply for Voluntary separation mail since I will be joining in my team within a week but no reply then... Now couldn't able to avail voluntary separation benefits... With 5 years experience here no job security for employees... Please try me to avail serviance pay benefits at least...

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
