HR so unorganized, not giving a chance for salary negotiation, interview took a weeks time because they'll all you to come daily for different reasons, poor communication, they stopped providing transport but lied about it during interview, no job security

They were not supportive and didn't gave me work when I needed. I was on temporary leave of absence without pay during Covid 19. Shame on Sutherland global services for this behavior and unethics.

...mination in the last of the month and I had stuck in the location without money. Because salary will not provide by the company as per the company policy it will come after 45 days something. And I was the top performer.

BEGGARS SALARY, NO new skills learnings & NO career development at all, huge hidden & secret & direct & indirect tortures & tormentations , huge discriminations , degradations & disrespect & blemishes & severe dignity damages, severe negative exploitations and heart-less attitude by HR & Mgmt and by even some criminal peers who are very unworthy in any subjects & communication, and completely doesn't have any quality standards in the behaviour, character & attitude.
