Unexpected process change. Promotions are based experience. But sometimes we handled cross skil and and shifts are changed 6 times within last 2 month. It will be effect employees health.

There is no job security as you can anytime be terminated due to business needs and also the salary is very low compared to the living expenses. Considering this is an IT field and please consider the employees as humans instead of robots.

Salary for every worker has to be increased atleast 24,000 would be great and every employee would grateful ready to work for Sutherland and need more resting hours or atleast more week off with applied shift

Need more increment in salary because food and other personal things would help the employee very much as a small change leads to big help in future

Worst employee benefits and salary concern. There is no humanity or benefits with the employee concerns. They won't think about your growth, they need only their work to be completed.
