- Good office - Good Salary

Dislikes

1) No clarity on roles and responsibilities 2) 9-14 hours average daily working 3) School attendance system 4) Only 50 Parking slots, first come first serve basis (people often get challaned for parking on road) 5) No Authority which may be required to get your work done. 6) No job security the biggest issue at senior level that’s why people leave the job within 4-18 months 7) Favouritism 8) No tax benefits 9) Sales team and account team got some authority but ultimately it is the CEO who takes all decisions even to buy a pen 10) Lack of mature leadership, difficult to meet untold expectations 11) No big projects

...good due to less politics that I observed or experienced in other organizations. Salary was good, appraisals were exceptional. Overall nice and flexible environment.

Dislikes

In the present scenario, think not twice or thrice but five times before joining here. Now after the arrival of some CXOs, there is a lot of politics, forced work environment, very less learning opportunities, no facilities and most importantly no job security. As they are loosing projects day by day and not getting new ones, they are firing people like anything. All in all its a sinking ship.

The leadership is approachable. Pay package is good. Projects the company acquire are challenging. Time to time HR conducts recreational activities and events. Promotes open office culture. work life balance is very good.

Lot of dependency on technical architects. They are not being questioned and their behavior go unnoticed. Technical architects are considered messiah for the organization. jealousy among team members and lots of comparison.

No extra compensation for extra/hard work, Sometimes have to work on outdated technologies, Increment is very little, work pressure is high. No proper training is provided, as all trainings are pre-recorded.
