Hi Worked in stellar for almost 11.5 years. It is a good company provides job security and work life balance. Working here is very cool and our boss Kuljeet sir is very kind hearted person. I don't know about other departments because I have worked in R& D.

No growth Bad abusive office culture No investment on Employee Retention/Training programs Extreme Bossy Culture (You will be treated like a slave instead of employee) NO Team Work. The top management is blind. No Food. They pretend to be an MNC, however, It's just a Lala company.
