Literal gangs are working in the company. There's castism and groupism. There's a very unhealthy atmosphere of politics. The whole workforce is basically 75% Chacha Bhatija and the rest is 25% actual hiring. The whole HR department is lazy and lethargic, they can never come up with policies on short notice.

Department leaders demonstrate very polite behaviour towards their team. Employee recreational activities are highly appealing.
