Stellar is a good company, but the the management especially Afroz and Saurabh, is the worst I have seen. Promotions and increments are not based on performance. If you can flatter the right people, you'll get decent pay and promotions. The management and culture are toxic. Incentives are given only after humiliating us and making us write emails. Most of the reviews are on glassdoor are fakes and written under pressure. The only good thing is job security, which is why many incompetent people stay here. I made the biggest mistake joining this company. Consider this before making your decision. Some people work on contract basis and have more privileges than regular employees despite doing nothing. Literal gangs are working in the company. There's castism and groupism. There's a very unhealthy atmosphere of politics. The whole workforce is basically 75% Chacha Bhatija and the rest is 25% actual hiring. The whole HR department is lazy and lethargic, they can never come up with policies on short notice.

Recruitment strategies are effective but could benefit from market comparison and further refinement to better understand job requirements. Department leaders demonstrate very polite behaviour towards their team. Employee recreational activities are highly appealing.

Opportunities for employee growth are restricted, with limited prospects for career advancement. There are resources that they can use for their best utilization. Implementation of performance management strategies needs advancement as certain areas remain unaddressed and occasional biases are observed among departmental managers.
