Most of the Colleagues has helping mentality especially our TLs and AMs were very much helpful when it's come to any support from them..that's the only thing I like when I was working there.. colleagues was good..

The Aegis B.P.O where we were working become Startek...Aegis Cheated us by not giving offered salary for most of the experienced employees and given very high salary to the freshers compared to the experienced persons. That's the only thing I don't like working with Startek...

No job security or Appraisal or Salary hike or bonus nothing on special days like Pongal,Deepavali or Christmas etc not even a single rupee for special days .in other companies they are giving sweets box for Deepavali or some bonus..here nothing...

everything, the staff, management,partiality, they will hire in bulk for flipkart at the time of big billion days because after that the workload is immense and they will either mark you abscond for taking informed leave or they will ask you to leave because their job is done

Worst company I've ever worked with.. No salary hike in one year and also i requested for one day resignation due to an emergency.. And i was informed by the TL that i can buyout and later marked as Absconding.

My experience to work with aegis it was good overall. They have provided me leaves whenever it's possible. They do corporate with the candidates. Staff was nice to me.

Salary structure was low and no chance for promotion.
