Working timing is good, Salary come on time , great place for girls as they get job nearest to home

Working culture is toxic in some branches as there is lot of gap between management and employees. Employees do not able to contact HR for their problems. Appraisal and increment is not good as only buttering people get that.

I like the job security and salary credited on time. Also, I like comfortable with job.

In few them they do politics and no more activities on floor. In our team most of them agent come and do work and go their home. No existing for coming job or any activity or talking discuss apart from job parameters

...at all . Every thing is done on favouritism and partiality. No decent appraisal. They expect u to look after other department as well with same salary. Bottom level agents are considered as robots here. No leaves and preferences are given on time. Work culture is worst here.

Switching between shifts without any prior notice or notification and change in Lobs was very irritating and unbearable.

management specially in retail sector is not focused..only start new business hire people and close that business certainly and dehire those people or transfar..too much hiring and de hiring in last few years..create a bad reputation about reliance retail amongst employees
